It was a beautiful day in Jacksonville, FL for Katie and Eric's spring wedding photographed by La Dolce Vita. The event was designed in a sophisticated palette of white and black with accents of fresh green. Katie wore a gorgeous body-hugging gown with a mermaid silhouette, halter neckline, sheer lace back and a dramatic skirt with voluminous gathered texture. She added a feather fascinator and carried a full bouquet of white and green blooms, including hydrangea, roses, and cymbidium orchids. Her bridesmaids wore black knee length cocktail dresses in varied styles and carried smaller bouquets similar to Katie's. Eric's groomsmen wore black suits with black vests and ties and boutonnieres made from green button mums. Eric wore a white tie and finished his look with a vibrant boutonniere made of a single green cymbidium orchid.
Katie and Eric's intimate ceremony was held at the Downtown Branch Jacksonville Library where two bell ringers led the way for Katie's entrance down the long staircase. The reception took place on the rooftop terrace where brilliant views of the Jacksonville skyline created a dramatic backdrop and the Atlanta band Momentum kept the dance floor packed.
