Kaitlin and Jared wed at Cedarwood in Nashville, TN in a laid back, but elegant affair designed around the beautiful natural surroundings of the historic farm photographed by Justin Wright Photography. Kaitlin looked stunning in her fitted gown by Marisa Bridals with a plunging V-neck in both the front and back and gently ruched bodice. She wore her dark brown hair pulled back in loose curls and gathered at the nape of her neck. Her bridesmaids wore short summer dresses in chocolate and carried smaller versions of Kaitlin's bouquet made up of fresh white and green blooms with Kaitlin's bouquet stem wrapped in ribbon and adorned with a charm made by Paloma's Nest reading, "Always and Forever 8.7.2010." Wearing khaki trousers, white button downs and chocolate ties the groomsmen were styled perfectly for the casual outdoor wedding, while Jared added a tailored summer suit jacket and boutonniere of one fragrant white bloom accented with green berries and wrapped with brown vine. White garden chairs were situated on the lawn with gorgeous garland of hydrangeas, honeysuckle vine and burlap that graced the back row of the ceremony chairs creating a lush, rustic-elegant design. Fan programs were handed out to guests printed in a pretty script writing in chocolate and celadon and tied with burlap bows. Kaitlin walked down the rose petal aisle lined with shepherds hooks holding mason jar arrangements of white hydrangea blooms and greenery. Under a magnificent archway adorned with fresh fragrant white and green blooms, the childhood sweethearts exchanged vows in front of their nearest and dearest.
Carrying over the lush, rustic-elegant design the team at Cedarwood created a spectacular natural wonderland for the couple's beautiful outdoor reception. Guest tables were draped with crisp white linens and accented with natural burlap table runners. A variety of unique centerpieces adorned the centers of each table from tall to low arrangements each featuring similar white and green blooms designed in the rustic elegant theme of the night. Charming little details created by Kaitlin and her mother added a lovely personal touch to the decor and included the cookie favors at each guests place setting. Muslin bags with homemade cookies made by Jared were given to each guest as well as the special recipe used to make them. Patty Cakes created an amazing five tier white confection with exquisite yellow piped detailing on each tier for the delicious wedding day dessert, while A Dream Come True Catering put together the menu for this Southern affair. After a long night of dancing the couple finally left under a showering sparkler exit as they made their way into their fabulous getaway car, a 1929 Mercedes Roadster.
