It was a hot summer day in July for Jennifer and Jake's Carillon Beach, FL wedding, but everything looks light, airy and cool in their beautiful photographs by Pure 7 Studios. The event was designed in a base palette of muted pastels with accents in brilliant ocean blue and bright green. Jennifer wore a soft A-line gown with a wrapped sweetheart bodice and a satin sash in a pale Champagne hue fastened with a beautiful silver enamel flower brooch. She added fresh gardenia blossoms to her hair and an adorable pair of peep toe pumps with a large bow at the toe. Her bridesmaids wore pretty one-shouldered cocktail dresses in cobalt, accessorized with gold sandals, pendant necklaces with their initial and gathered bouquets of hydrangea, dahlia, and gardenia. Jake and his groomsmen wore khaki seersucker suits with patterned ties in lime green. The ceremony was held at The Meeting House chapel where Jennifer and Jake exchanged vows beneath a full arrangement of fluffy white hydrangea.
The reception was held outdoors beneath a large white tent with sheer panels hung at intervals around its perimeter that billowed in the evening breeze. The wedding party sat at a long Viking-style table of polished wood set with chivari chairs and centerpiece arrangements of glass cylinders containing flickering votives and a variety of glass vessels containing garden roses and dahlias in pastel colors created by Events by Nouveau. Guest tables were covered in seafoam green taffeta and set with centerpieces of glass vessels with a variety of blooms including dahlias, tulips and hydrangeas, while larger accent arrangements were created in ornate carved wood vessels. Each place setting featured folded napkins in pale topped by fans printed in deep blue ink detailing the evening's menu and made to match the design of Jennifer and Jake's wedding invitations by Mag & Mimi. Table numbers were also printed in deep ocean blue and a stunning colored crystal chandelier hung above the three-tier wedding cake made by Confections on the Coast, decorated with sugar gardenias.
