Emilie received this gorgeous little book from the publisher today, ABC of Men's Fashion by the renown Hardy Amies. Originally penned by Amies in 1964, this incarnation comes as a striking clothbound book, in calming sea greens and blues, complete with charming illustrations from the original sixties' edition. This glossary of men's fashion is surprisingly contemporary considering it was written over 40 years ago, with many of the entries relating as much today as they did then. Use it as an etiquette guide, refer to it when guidance is required. A really interesting read.
