Real {Destination} Wedding ~ Susan and Roberto

Combining all the loves that brought them together: music, dancing, art and food, Susan and Roberto's Seattle, Washington DIY wedding was a true reflection of who they are and could be seen in every little detail. Photographer Lianne Milton was on hand to capture the spectacular day, which took place at The Historic Engine Room located in the original Rainier Brewery building a historic landmark located in Georgetown. The incredible 25' ceilings and gorgeous 15' windows provided the perfect space for the woodland installation handcrafted by the couple's artist friends. The trees, leaves, hives and flowers created a warmth inside the space bringing the outdoors in and creating an enchanting setting for Susan and Roberto as they exchanged vows under a chandelier of leafy garland and paper flowers. As the evening turned dark the garden lights strung across the room provided a warm glow, while flickering candles nestled in found wood created a unique tablescape. Guest danced the night away and then grabbed a nice cold treat from Molly Moon's Homemade Ice Cream Shop truck that sat outside taking place of the traditional wedding cake.
