Anna and Micah married in a spectacular Fall inspired wedding in the North Carolina Highlands photographed by Paul Johnson Photography. Anna looked stunning in her figure hugging Monique Lhuillier lace gown with delicate spaghetti straps and Champagne sash tied around her waist and trailing down the back. She added a beautiful fingertip length veil and carried a bouquet of rich Fall blooms, including deep orange calla lilies, sunkist tulips and ranunculus along with hydrangea blooms in dark eggplant. The ceremony took place outside in the enchanting lushly landscaped gardens with stunning views of the mountains in the distance. A ring bearer in a black tuxedo led the way carrying the rings in a birds nest filled with burlap and little leafy flower buds, followed by two little flower girls wearing white dresses with periwinkle sashes tied around their waist and garland around their heads. Anna walked down the aisle with her father and met her groom under a gorgeous rustic canopy made of tree branches, curly willow vines and adorned with massive arrangements of a variety of blooms. Standing at the altar with one bridesmaid and one groomsmen Anna and Micah exchanged vows in the intimate outdoor setting.
The picturesque Old Edwards Inn provided an endless amount of beautiful backdrops for the happy couple as they took photos after the ceremony, while indoors the intimate reception began. An all white tent covered The Old Edwards Inn terrace with a billowing fabric draped ceiling. Round guest tables were covered in Champagne linens and paired with dark mahogany chivari chairs creating a nice contrast to the tablescape. Gold chargers sat at each place setting paired with crisp white napkins adorned with a leaf and dandelion designed place cards written with brown ink and topped with a sheer chocolate ribbon. Colorful centerpieces decorated the centers of each table with blooms seen in the magnificent natural canopy the couple wed under. A variety of mixed blooms adorned each guest table and included mostly yellow and sunkist orange lilies along with other small blooms. Following the beautiful dinner under the tent guests danced into the evening until Anna and Micah made their grand exit under a shower of sparklers.
