Following our ceremony we had an extra long cocktail hour (or two). We decided on just local Oregon beers, local Columbia Gorge Valley wines and a signature drink - Pimms Cup. If you are going back and forth on what to do about a drink selection I think beer and wine is a good option. If you have drinkers at your wedding likely they will be fine with that selection (you can always have a bottle of vodka stashed for Grandpa if you need it!). If you have a little extra to spend then a signature drink is fun too, what we found is everyone will try at least one.

During our cocktail hour Mt Hood continued to expose itself and folks were in awe. Since not a single guest at our wedding was from the state of Oregon and most had never likely traveled there - Mt. Hood was quite a spectacle.
