Real Wedding ~ Sarah and Jeff

Yesterday we interviewed the lovely Sarah Darcy, creator and editor of the inspiring wedding blog, Classic Bride. Sarah began blogging while planning her own wedding and today, we're delighted to share her beautiful Southern nuptials with you!

Sarah married her husband Jeff at Mary Mahoney's Old French House in Biloxi, MS in a classically stylish affair photographed by Look Photography. We love her pretty tea-length dress, accessorized by an exquisite lace bolero and a fragrant gardenia pinned into her dark hair. She carried a bouquet of white hydrangea in keeping with her soft wedding day palette of creamy white and deep green, with accents of silver. Large initials covered in gray-green Spanish moss, were hung on the garden doors opening for the outdoor courtyard ceremony, while massed, tumbling arrangements of white hydrangea and glossy magnolia leaves in tall urns framed Sarah and Jeff as they exchanged vows. At the close of the ceremony as the couple exited, guests waved white ribbon "wedding wands" handmade by Sarah.

Long family-style reception tables were dressed in crisp white linens with centerpiece arrangements of white hydrangea in milk glass vases created by Cardinal Flowers. The simple, classic white wedding cake was accented by a variety of white blossoms and set on an intricate silver cake stand. We especially love the vintage bride and groom cake topper, the taffy favors and the event's beautiful wedding papers.
