It's tough not to consider getting married in Hood River in the Fall with these kind of pictures. The cool, crisp air, the leaves various shades of reds, yellows and oranges, harvest festivals - I can see pumpkin/gourd centerpieces, candied apples, smores and warm fall colors. It should definitely be an option people consider since most couples are getting married in the high season during the summer. There would be a wider selection of venue dates and possibly even discounted rates from various vendors. And just look at the landscape this time of year - enough said!

Love this heart shaped sun beam breaking through the clouds
Too bad our wedding is in May - HA - it will still be beautiful. That time of year the wildflowers will just be blooming. Hood River/Columbia Gorge area is so gorgeous that any time of year would be great for a wedding. I just love the fall and these great pictures by Blaine that capture the essence of the season.
